The Cancel Appointment window allows a fully scheduled appointment to be canceled while providing a reason, which is required. The reason is required for tracking when and why an appointment was canceled in order to keep accurate information in RCM Cloud®.
Reservations can be canceled without providing a reason. Appointments and reservations can be canceled from the Appointment Scheduler or in the Appointment tab.
To cancel an individual appointment, follow these steps:
