2. Select Inquire to File Entries
   1. At the “Output from what File:” prompt, enter “GMR ALLERGIES”
   2. At the “Select GMR ALLERGIES NAME:” prompt, enter the allergy you wish to check.
   3. Note the entries in the DRUG INGREDIENT field (this is a multiple, so can contain more than one entry).

Select OPTION: INQUIRE TO FILE ENTRIES

   4. At the “EQUALS:” prompt, enter the following
      1. Note the result of the output of Step 3 above.
      2. If there are four digits after the “A”, then enter “60” plus the four digit number (for example, the first entry above is 2054A8303. “608303” would be entered at the “EQUALS:” prompt.

• If there are five digits after the “A”, then enter “6” plus the five digit number.

1. <CR> until you get to the “First Print FIELD:” prompt, and enter “NAME”.
2. The name of the drug product will print.
