There are instances where dropping the runtime folder for CareVue on a specific machine will alleviate issues such as errors that occur when loading CareVue. This may be relevant after an upgrade to CareVue occurs.
1. To drop or delete the contents of the runtime folder for CareVue, first browse to the location of the folder. It will typically be exist in the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\VueCentric\
Under this folder, you will see the folder for the production environment, and you may see one for TEST/DEV or TRAIN as well if they are installed on the machine.
2. Browse to the folder for the environment you are attempting to fix (Prod, DEV/TEST, etc).
3. Delete all files in the folder.
4. Log back in to CareVue, and allow the folder to rebuild
