Select NEW PERSON NAME: XXXXXXX,XXXXXX XXX LABORATORY TECHNICIA
Tab down to the Select SECONDARY MENU OPTIONS: field and then type VA FILEMAN and press enter. Then select option 1 and press enter.
Type Y to add as a secondary menu option for the user and then press enter:
Type FM for the Synonym or any other of your choosing. This will be the letters the user will type to pull up the menu when they log in. Then press enter:
Type an ^ in any field to exit. Then type S and press enter to Save.
Then type E and press enter to Exit:
To use the new option, when the user logs in they will type FM at any prompt and press enter. This will pull up Fileman.
