Below is an example of an exam cancelled in DEV for a Nuclear Medicine Study. You will notice that I first cancelled the exam with Case #9, then the system prompted me to determine if I wanted to cancel the default radiopharmaceutical associated with the exam. And finally I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order. On the original exam that prompted this, somehow the “request” (order) portion of the Cancellation process did not capture properly.
