The Dosages listed below the Dosage/Rate field come from dosages setup within the NDF.  They are Dispense Units Per Dose.  The multiple strengths show in this example because the Pharmacy Orderable Item has multiple Dispense Drugs associated which have Dispense Units Per Dose valued.

 

 

The steps below can be used to look at all the Dispense Drugs associated a Pharmacy Orderable Item, deleting the defined Dispense Units Per Dose and setting up Local Possible Dosages.
