Log in to Mirth for the site in question and view the Dashboard. If you see errors in the “Errored” column, double click on the channel in question.
To search for the Errored Messages, click the dropdown next to Status and change to Error and then click the Search Button. You may need to change the date range to capture when the errors occurred:
To view the Error Message, click on one of the errors and then click on the Errors Column. This gives the details of what the error is.
