(Issue: Not able to see all note titles under the Notes tab)
1. Open a patient record and select the Notes tab. (The default view is Signed Notes (ALL))
2. Click on the View option to get a drop down list of different view options.
3. If you click on “Custom View”, you can create a custom View that can be your default view. After the view displays, click on the View option again and click on “Save as Default View”.
