When resetting a user’s verify code, the administrator can no longer leave the verify code blank for security reasons. The administrator now must set a temporary verify code and communicate that to the user. Upon using the temporary code, the user should check the Change Verify Code box in CareVue to enter a new verify code. When editing the access code in EDIT AN EXISTING USER, the verify code is automatically wiped out. The system administrator now gets this message: “The VERIFY code has been deleted as a security measure. You will need to enter a new VERIFY code so the user can sign-on.”
