1. The column to the left of the Service header will contain a flag.
2. Double-click on the order to show the Order Details, which will show who, when and why the order was flagged.
3. To Unflag the order, highlight and go to the Action menu. Select Unflag.
4. A comment can be added if needed. If not, click OK and the order will be unflagged.
