Home EHR Carevue Frequently Asked Questions Fix Mumps Error Received on CareVue Labs Tab on Micro Result

When the error shown below is received when trying to view a patient’s Micro result in CareVue, it is an indication that the zero node in the global for this micro accession is missing.

We don’t have a definitive answer why this occurs, but it is possible that someone timed out, or there was an error when the test was accessioned, or that possibly someone deleted an accession. Without knowing exactly what was occurring in the lab that day, it is hard to say.
