Build the options first, in the OPTION file:

At the EVE menu, log into FileMan
Choose Enter/Edit
Input to what File: OPTION <Enter>
Edit which fields: ALL <Enter>
Select OPTION Name:
ABC LRTASK PHSET 0800 (this will be the name of your new option. Replace ABC with an acronym for your site)
Are you adding as a new option// YES
Menu Text: ABC LRTASK PHSET 0800
TYPE: R (Run Routine)
PACKAGE: LAB SERVICE
ROUTINE: LRPHSET
SCHEDULING RECOMMENDED: YES

 
NEXT STEPS:
At the EVE menu, select Taskman
Choose Schedule/Unschedule Options
Select OPTION to schedule or reschedule: ABC LRTASK PHSET 0800 (type in the name of your new option)
The system will query QUEUED TO RUN AT WHAT TIME:
Enter T@0745 or T+1@0745 (this is the time your job will run, 15 minutes before)
DEVICE FOR QUEUED JOB OUTPUT: (this is the name of the printer that this task will print to)
RESCHEDULING FREQUENCY: 1D (every day at the same time)
Do this for all your collection list times.

Log into FileMan
Enter/Edit
Input to what File: LABORATORY SITE (69.9)
EDIT WHICH FIELD: ALL//
Select LABORATORY SITE NAME: HOSPITAL
SITE NAME: HOSPITAL//
Enter to Select PHLEBOTOMY ORDER CUT-OFF TIME: 0730 (for each collection time created)
Enter the time that orders will go to next collection list–this has to be before your queued job time)
PHLEBOTOMY COLLECTION TIME: 0800
DIVISION: (your hospital name)
COLLECT THURSDAY ORDERS IN: 1// (do this for all days)
COLLECT FRIDAYS ORDERS IN: 1// (etc., etc.)
